Yes. Your price covers the medication, the provider's care, and free shipping — all in one flat price.
Is this a subscription?
No. You buy a supply one time. Nothing auto-charges. When you're getting low, we'll text you a reminder with a link to quickly reorder when you're ready.
How long does a supply last?
That is decided by your dose, so we publish the milligrams rather than promise you a number of months. A 60 mg tirzepatide supply is about 6 months at a starting dose of 2.5 mg a week, about 3 months at 5 mg, and about 6 weeks at 10 mg. If your provider raises your dose, the same supply goes faster — that is arithmetic, not a surprise, and we would rather you could see it coming. The larger supplies cost less per milligram, which is why they are the better value at any dose.
What if I need to reorder?

A 4 mg supply is $299 and a 10 mg supply is $399. Every price includes the medication, the licensed provider's care, ongoing check-ins and free shipping.
How much does tirzepatide cost?
A 30 mg supply is $399 and a 60 mg supply is $599. At a 2.5 mg starting dose the 60 mg supply typically lasts around six months, which works out to roughly $100 a month.
Is there a subscription or membership fee?
No. There is no membership fee, no subscription, and nothing auto-renews. You buy a supply once and reorder when you are ready. Most telehealth services charge $69 to $149 every month just to remain a customer, on top of the medication.
Why do you price by milligrams instead of by month?
Because a month is not a fixed amount of medication. Your dose changes over the first months of treatment, so a fixed monthly price either overcharges you early or runs out early. Pricing by milligrams means you pay for the medication you actually receive.

Does insurance cover it?
Red Lion Clinic is cash-pay. We do not bill insurance, and the price shown is the price you pay. Some patients submit receipts to an HSA or FSA. Check with your plan administrator, as rules vary.

Nothing. There is no subscription to cancel and no cancellation fee. If you decide not to reorder, you simply do not reorder.
